Returns and Cancellations

Should you wish to return your equipment, please request a return by emailing info@savurkheftruckoplossings.co.za.

Please make note of the following should you wish to return the equipment.

No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase. Goods incorrectly supplied must be reported and returned within 5 days of delivery.

All products returned are for the Customer's account and SA Vurkhyser Oplossings (PTY) LTD will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of the equipment during the return process. Items and packaging must be received in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation supplied. The return package must include a copy of the original invoice.

We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% restocking fee or refuse the return should the above conditions not be met. All goods are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

Please Note: Warranty Only Covers Manufacturer Defects and Not:

• Abuse, misuse, negligence, or tampering.

• Alteration, modification, or adjustment of equipment by anyone other than authorized representatives.

• Improper or negligent use, application, operation, care, cleaning, storage, or handling.

• Equipment contaminated with dirt, sand, water, chemicals, corrosive materials, or any substance that may damage components.

• Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, overloading, or improper operation.

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• Incorrect installation or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

• Wear and tear resulting from normal usage.

• Batteries damaged through improper charging, neglect, overcharging, deep discharge, or misuse.

• Forklifts, golf carts, machinery, or industrial equipment operated outside manufacturer specifications.

Any software, electronics, or digital systems supplied with equipment are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation of software, tracking systems, or electronic accessories.

Our warranty does not entail a warranty of functionality or any obligation to repair or replace defective equipment where the defect results from physical damage, improper installation, electrical faults external to the product, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or environmental damage.

All warranties are subject to visual and/or photographic inspection of the equipment by the seller to determine validity.

In terms of Section 55(3) of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), there is no general right of return. A change of mind is not a legal reason for returning goods. The direct marketing cooling-off period applies for 7 days after receiving the goods where applicable.

Damages caused due to acts of force majeure including fire, flood, water damage, lightning, storms, wind, theft, vandalism, riots, or other natural causes are not covered.

First attempts to determine the cause of any defect or fault shall be undertaken by telephone, email, photographs, videos, or electronic communication with the aim of resolving the issue. The seller reserves the right to provide replacement parts, troubleshooting instructions, or technical support before approving any return or warranty claim.

If necessary, the seller may repair or replace the equipment at its sole discretion.

The warranty does not cover consumables or parts of limited lifespan including but not limited to:

• Tyres

• Brake components

• Filters

• Belts

• Batteries subject to misuse

• Light bulbs

• Fuses

• Wear components

The rights granted by this warranty do not include the right to claim loss of profits, business interruption, downtime, rental losses, transportation costs, or any indirect damages arising from equipment failure.

In the event equipment is not installed, operated, maintained, or serviced according to manufacturer specifications, the warranty shall be void. The seller reserves the right to request maintenance records, service reports, or installation certificates.

Replacement equipment may be supplied without accessories, attachments, or consumable items.

The seller reserves the right to request the original purchase invoice. The place and date of purchase must be clearly indicated.

The physical condition of the equipment is taken into consideration before any warranty decisions are made, especially within the first 30 days after purchase.

Adverse environmental conditions including excessive heat, moisture, corrosion, dust, chemical exposure, electrical surges, power failures, abnormal voltage conditions, and any conditions outside manufacturer specifications are excluded from warranty coverage.

The use of equipment together with non-approved accessories, attachments, parts, batteries, chargers, consumables, or third-party products not supplied or approved by the manufacturer may void the warranty.

The seller reserves the right to request maintenance and service documentation. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the warranty claim being declined.

Refund Policy.

Strictly a 7-day return policy applies. Thereafter we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please ensure the correct item is selected when placing your order. If you are uncertain, please contact us at info@savurkheftruckoplossings.co.za before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds.

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, an email notification will be sent confirming receipt of the goods and whether the refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and paid into the customer's nominated bank account within a reasonable processing period.

Any applicable collection, delivery, handling, or restocking charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
