Shipping & Delivery Policy

SA Vurkhyser Oplossings (PTY) LTD provides delivery services for forklifts, golf carts, industrial equipment, machinery, batteries, parts, and accessories throughout South Africa.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the size, weight, quantity, and destination of the goods being purchased. Delivery charges will be quoted separately where applicable and confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, and delivery location.

Typical delivery periods are as follows:

• Parts & Accessories: 2 – 7 Business Days

• Batteries: 2 – 7 Business Days

• Golf Carts: 5 – 14 Business Days

• Forklifts: 5 – 14 Business Days

• Industrial Equipment & Machinery: 5 – 21 Business Days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been processed and scheduled for dispatch.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, damages, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to SA Vurkhyser Oplossings (PTY) LTD within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damages or shortages within this period may affect any claim relating to transport damage or missing items.

Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, SA Vurkhyser Oplossings (PTY) LTD shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

• Supplier delays

• Transport disruptions

• Weather conditions

• Road closures

• Industrial action

• Force majeure events

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Collection of Goods

Customers may arrange collection of goods directly from our premises by prior appointment.

Collection details will be provided once the order is ready.

Ownership & Risk

Ownership of goods remains with SA Vurkhyser Oplossings (PTY) LTD until full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
